Water with a kick

Keeping your body hydrated doesn't have to be boring or sugar filled! Try infusing your water with healthy fruits and herbs! I have listed some of my favorites below. Just add to 2 quarts water (coconut water is even better) and infuse for 24 hours before straining.

1 sliced Lemon + 3 sprigs Lavender

or

4 slices fresh Pineapple + 3 sprigs fresh Mint

or

1 cup mixed Berries

The combinations are endless and delicious!
